What are the terms of a Brent Bros dumpster rental?
Every rental is a flat rate for 7 days with 2 to 6 tons included by size. Extra weight is $75 per ton by the exact pound, extra days are $25, and the final invoice with the scale ticket arrives 3 to 5 business days after pickup.

| Proof of weight | A digital copy of the certified landfill scale ticket is attached to your final invoice. |
| Final billing timeline | Final invoices, including any overage or extra days, are emailed 3 to 5 business days after pickup, once the landfill processes the disposal log. |
| Pricing | Base pricing is a seasonal flat rate per size, quoted by phone with these terms. |
| Swaps | Pulling a full dumpster and dropping an empty one counts as a new flat-rate rental. |
| Prohibited items | Hazardous chemicals, wet paint and batteries are strictly prohibited. |
| Extra-fee items | Appliances containing Freon (fridges, AC units), mattresses and tires are $50 per item because of special processing rules at the disposal site. |
| Overfill | Debris must stay level with the top rim. Texas law does not allow overloaded bins on the road. If a bin is overfilled, the $125 dry-run fee applies and the customer must remove the excess before transport. |
| Heavy debris | Concrete, dirt, brick and sand are allowed only in the 10-yard and 15-yard, loaded no more than halfway up the walls. Clean, unmixed loads qualify for clean-fill pricing. |
| Placement and access | If the driver arrives and can't drop or pick up the dumpster because of blockages such as parked cars, low wires or locked gates, a $125 dry-run fee applies. |
| Property protection | Drivers place structural wooden boards under the dumpster's rollers and rails to prevent cracking or scratching on concrete and asphalt driveways. |
| Delivery scheduling | Standard deliveries run 7 AM–5 PM. Orders booked by 3 PM get next-day delivery. Same-day emergency requests carry a $50 rush fee, depending on truck availability. Drivers send an automated text or call 20–30 minutes before arrival; you do not need to be present if the drop zone is clear. |
| Permits | Most placements are on private driveways. If your city requires a permit for street placement, we tell you on the call; ask us who files it for your address. |
